Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable and prohibited use of NeuralNode AI ("the Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice, and to refuse providing a refund, if we determine you have violated this policy.

2. Prohibited AI Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using our AI generation tools to create, promote, or distribute any of the following:

  • Illegal Content: Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Hate Speech: Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against protected groups.
  • Harmful Cyber Activity: Malware, phishing materials, ransomware, or exploits.
  • Self-Harm: Content that encourages or provides instructions on how to self-harm or commit suicide.
  • Harassment: Bullying, doxing, or sexually explicit content targeting real people.
  • Fraud & Deception: Creating fake news, impersonating individuals, or generating spam campaigns.

3. Platform Abuse

You may not engage in any activity that circumvents our security or billing practices:

  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to discover the source code or underlying models of our AI.
  • Scraping: Using automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to extract data without explicit API access.
  • API Abuse: Bypassing rate limits, running denial-of-service attacks, or using multiple accounts to evade usage limits.
  • Account Sharing: Reselling your account access or sharing login credentials with third parties.

4. Enforcement & Reporting

We use both automated and manual systems to detect abuse. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Temporarily suspend your access to specific features.
  • Permanently bar you from the Service and block your IP address.
  • Report illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, handing over all logs and personal information.
